Did you think that multi-touch on your MacBook or iPhone was amazing? Try having it on the floor, and see what you can do with it. That’s what a team under human-computer interaction professor, Patrick Baudisch, came up with. It incorporates multi-touch technology into back-projected floors, and the floor can sense the pressure and recognize users based on the soles of their shoes. Thanks to a high level of precision, it can even allow users to type with their foot on a QWERTY keyboard. Check out the video after the jump to see how awesome this really is.
